Employees Right To Unionize

The latest ruling on a proposal to force companies to post a new NLRB poster that would highlight specific areas, mainly voting rules, to encourage workers to unionize was struck down yesterday. The judge ruled against the NRLB, saying “they did not have a quorum when it was approved”. Leaders at NAM are concerned that when the NLRB appeals they will try to amend their original request, to reduce the time a company has to respond before a vote takes place…. to 10 days. Please make sure you are talking with your state officials and telling them how this will jeopardize economic growth and force the employment rate higher.
